  • You have a two-year college degree
  • You have experience in a human resource call center, patient scheduling setting, insurance claims, customer services or similar
  • You have experience in finding and connecting people to community resources
  • You are excited about working as part of a clinical team to serve clients all over the country
  • You have experience with insurance benefits and/or claims
  • You have familiarity with employee leave concepts such as but not limited to short-term disability, long-term disability, FMLA, and how they intersect
  • You have experience thriving in your previous work
  • You have excellent interpersonal skills (communication and listening), especially over the phone, and a willingness to receive and respond to feedback
  • You are a fabulous communicator: written and verbal communication is your strength
  • You are curious and determined. You will go the extra mile to search for answers and get results.
  • You are able to work remotely from your home 40 hours a week either five eight hour days/week or four ten hour days/week, Monday through Friday, during standard business hours

What you’ll do

  • Provide support to mental health clinicians by researching community resources to help clients we serve overcome obstacle and live better lives
  • Develop proficiency in the various community resources including but not limited to financial, medical, housing, transportation, social services and primary self-sufficiency needs
  • Understand and navigate employer benefits to solve problems and gain insight for the populations we serve
  • Work closely with a collaborative team of elite clinicians
  • Be a key contributor to improving our care model, by providing feedback on our client’s needs and our approach
