Command Center Help Desk located in Greenville, SC - Pelham Road Area MUST have excellent Computer and Phone Skills
2 Temps needed - REMOTE Position - MUST be able to train in office for 1 week
Hours: 2pm-2am (Monday Thursday) - $18.00
Hours: 3pm-1am (Monday Thursday) - $18.00
Temp for about 3 to 3 months
State Date would be Monday, October 3 rd , train this week and go live on October 10 th
MUST train at Greenville office for (1) week
This position monitor s and provides instructions to the on-site field technician ensuring process and procedures are followed while on-site during the check-in and check-out process. Helpdesk will contact each location for approval before the technician arrives to perform any on-site work.
Command Center Support includes monitoring of on-site process and communicating with REI analyst that uploaded photo s meet requirement for each photo deliverable. The Command Center Helpdesk will manage and complete daily administrative functions in a timely manner as required by client.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

During the installation process, several photo deliverables will need to be captured (photo deliverables are denoted throughout the installation process and submitted to Command Center Helpdesk.

  • Command Center Helpdesk will check photos sent from their tech to ensure that each item matches the requirements for the photo deliverable before attaching them to a reply to the Notify Vendor Task email.
  • Command Center Helpdesk will submit all checkout photos from their tech as attachments in a reply to the Notify Vendor Task email. Attaching the photos to this email allows the images to populate in ServiceNow.
  • Command Center Helpdesk will need to confirm with REI analyst that photos meet requirements for each photo deliverable.
The tech should call into the REI queue (844-241-5959, Option 4, then 8 for UPS) to perform checkout procedure with the REI analyst (or any testing that is necessary)
Starbucks REI will validate that the Vertiv UPS has the appropriate range for wattage/power flow.
Starbucks REI will provide the (release code) to the Command Center Helpdesk once all deliverables are confirmed as acceptable.
Other administration functions and responsibilities assigned as needed
Command Center Helpdesk will be responsible for creating Trello Cards and work orders as needed.
Command Center Helpdesk will contact each location for approval before the technician arrives to perform any on-site work.

MINIMUM POSITION REQUIREMENTS

  • Excellent Phone and Computer Skills
  • Solid understanding of Help Desk processes/procedures.
  • Demonstrates ability to communicate effectively and influence change.
  • Possess strong computer skills including the ability to prepare spreadsheets and analyze data and trends.
  • Flexibility in adapting to changes in tasks prioritization.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Demonstrates strong analytical, communication (written & verbal) at all levels.
  • Must be a hands-on professional who is self-motivated and able to prioritize own workload.
  • Must be detail oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must have excellent interpersonal skills

EDUCATION AND/OR REQUIREMENTS

High school diploma or equivalent is required.
