Krause Renovations is a full-service Renovation, Roofing, HVAC, Plumbing, & Electric company located in Forest Hill, MD. The company is focused on providing excellent service at a fair price throughout Harford County and parts of Baltimore/Cecil Counties, and Worcester County. Searching for a Carpenter / Renovation Tech to work independently and with others. To be successful in this role, the ideal candidate should possess the following skills:
· Framing: Building or renovating walls, decks.
· Finish Carpentry: Trim, crown molding, baseboard, railings.
· Windows/Doors: Installing interior & exterior doors and windows.
· Drywall: Installation, repairing, finishing, and painting.
· Cabinetry: Installing kitchen cabinets and bath vanities.
The following skills are desirable and will train the right candidate in these areas:
· Roofing: Roof tune-ups, fascia replacement, soffits.
· Tiling: install shower and bathroom wall and floor tiles.
· Ability to interpret blueprints.

Requirements
Carpentry experience 4+ years
Valid Driver’s License, good driving record
Ability to lift 100 lbs. +
Comfortable on roofs and ladders, sometimes 40’ high

Salary: $22.00 - $28.00+ per hour
