Responsibilities
· Track regular guests and recommend for upgrade or for the Manager to meet
· To deal with all cancellations and amendments in accordance with the Company procedure
· Answer incoming calls as quickly as possible to provide guest with information on accommodations that would best suit their vacation needs, and to meet needs of callers seeking customer satisfaction
· Responsible for all reservations over the phone, by fax or internet, e-mail and handles all associated operations
· Counters any objections with a suitable and structured sales argument
· Maintain an organized and comprehensive filing system with documentation of reservations, reports, restrictions
· Responsible for booking guest experience
· Supervise all agents and develop them in order to handle reservation tasks properly
· Handles all group tours/ conventions from the initial blockage to the rooming lists and correct invoicing of the client
Qualifications for reservations supervisor
· Minimum 2 years front desk or reservations experience
· Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) experience
· Flexibility with weekend and holiday coverage required
· Success-driven and able to achieve specific reservations sales targets and maximize sales opportunities
· Previous Front Office/ Reservations background essential
