General Responsibilities:
Interact with each individual to build rapport
Provide support with social skills and life skills
Assist in maintaining a clean environment
Complete daily documentation
Supervise and maintain schedule for Direct Support Professionals
Monitor and supervise client finances
Foster positive working relationships with client family members, guardians, and support teams
Facilitate medical and psychiatric appointments
General Requirements:
Willingness to submit to a background check and drug screen
Aptitude to laugh
Patience and understanding
2 years experience in the field of developmental disabilities is preferred
This is a Full-time position. Ability to work with Program Director to adjust your schedule
Pay: $19.00-21.00 per hour
$500 Sign-On/Referral Bonus available upon completion of training
