We are accepting applications for Restaurant Supervisors to join our food and beverage leadership team at Hutchinson Shores Resort and Spa!

Daily activities of our Restaurant Supervisors include tasks such as organizing and leading the team, maintaining a visible presence in the restaurant and checking in regularly with guests; responding to guest requests and issues in a timely manner; maintaining processes to control cost and build revenue; training and coaching the team, etc.

A successful Restaurant Supervisor will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in multiple roles in a food and beverage operation; the ability to establish a good working relationship with associates and fellow managers while acting in a supervisory role; the ability to communicate effectively; excellent computer skills; experience with point-of-sale systems; and the ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.

As a representative of the hotel, the right candidate for Restaurant Supervisor must have a passion for promoting an enjoyable experience to exceed our guests expectations and must be dynamic, friendly, helpful, team-oriented, professional at all times and must be able to multi-task and handle busy situations with grace.
