Responsibilities (include, but are not limited to):
- Hire, train, develop, schedule, and evaluate team members while ensuring they feel appreciated and comfortable in their roles.
- Ensures that our Mission and Values are communicated, understood, and practiced with all team members under his/her direction.
- Promotes a culture that inspires improvement; continually develops and mentors team members under his/her direction and is directly responsible for their success.
- Ensure that our restaurants have a fun and engaging atmosphere by going above and beyond to meet individual needs and concerns of our staff and guests on a daily basis.
- Respond immediately and appropriately to all store needs.
- Ensure every guest receives exceptional service and a memorable experience.
Required Qualifications:
- One or more years of successful restaurant management experience.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Ability to attend and successfully complete any ongoing training or certification programs required by the company or government as it relates to this position.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent analytical, decision making and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent team building skills.
- Excellent communication skills with guests and other team members.
- Ability to effectively present information, changes, new objectives, and other topics to both large and small groups.
- Basic computer skills, including experience with Microsoft Office programs. Maintain paperwork.
- Must have and maintain reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license and a good driving record.
- Ability to learn and perform all job positions in the restaurant.
- Ability to maintain a flexible schedule and can cover additional shifts on busy days and/or special events.
- Understanding and ability execute all RC Lincoln policies and procedures.
Physical Demands and Work Environment:
The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met to successfully perform the functions of this job. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable qualified individuals with disabilities to perform the functions.
- Stand for prolonged periods of time. Perform job functions for up to a 12-hour shift.
- Regularly lift and/or move 20 pounds and frequently lift and/or move 35 pounds.
- Be exposed to smoke from the smoker, wet and/or humid conditions, temperatures between 0° and 110°F.
- Work with or near moving mechanical equipment. Perform basic maintenance on equipment.
- Be able to use hands and fingers, push, pull, climb, stoop, kneel, bend, reach, talk, hear, taste and smell.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $45,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
