Restaurant Supervisor Position
Full-time Seasonal (April 1 - September 30)
Salary Range $2,773 - $3,750 Per Month
Greystone Golf Club is an eighteen hole Tom Lehman designed championship golf course located in Sauk Centre, Minnesota. The restaurant supervisor would oversee all operations of the bar/restaurant in concert with the general manager.
General duties & responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee all restaurant operations including menu, inventory, staffing, etc.
- Work in concert with GM in administration of point of sale system and safeguarding of Greystone assets.
- Market and promote a positive dining experience for all members and guests.
- Maintain compliance will all food safety guidelines and regulations.
- Oversee the care and maintenance of the bar and restaurant area.
- Assist the GM in all Greystone clubhouse functions as necessary.
- Incentivized compensation is possible with this position.
