We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Retail Customer Service and Sales Representative. In this on-site role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, driving sales, and ensuring the smooth operation of the retail store.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner, answering questions and providing product information
• Proactively engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend appropriate technology-based products and services
• Conduct sales transactions accurately and efficiently, including handling cash and credit card payments
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment, ensuring product displays are well-stocked and visually appealing
• Troubleshoot technical issues and provide basic support for our products and services
• Continuously build and maintain product knowledge to effectively communicate features and benefits to customers
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions to stay up-to-date on company policies, products, and sales techniques
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and improve customer experience

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
• Minimum of 1 year of retail sales or customer service experience
• Strong verbal communication skills and ability to build rapport with customers
• Basic knowledge of technology-based products and services
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time
