Job description
We're looking for motivated and driven people to join our sales staff. The ideal candidate will enjoy communicating with customers, be able to maintain a high rate of productivity and will have extensive product knowledge. The responsibilities for this position include maintaining the retail floor, assisting customers in finding the products that best fits their needs and demonstrating products to potential customers.
Responsibilities:
- Achieve sales goals.
- Respond to customer issues and questions.
- Manage the flow of customers in the store.
- Demonstrate good customer relations skills.
- Establish rapport with customers.
- Adhere to store procedures and policies.
- Cross-train in at least one additional area of responsibility.
