Trimont Real Estate Advisors is a commercial real estate services firm, which has been providing asset management, loan servicing, due diligence and customized advisory solutions to commercial real estate lenders and investors for over 30 years. Overview:
We are looking for a motivated and resourceful individual to work within our RDR team predominantly focused on corporate real estate (CRE) collateralized loan obligations (CLO) positions where Trimont acts as Servicer. Prior experience in loan portfolio reporting and/or loan servicing within the Real Estate Finance space is preferred but not essential. Knowledge of securitised products is a plus.
The Analyst will be part of a team responsible for internal and external reporting, compilation of the monthly CREFC IRP, promoting data quality and best practices and coordination of data flows between asset management teams and external stakeholders.
The right candidate will enjoy a supportive environment and gain valuable experience with exposure to performing and non-performing credit within the Real Estate Finance sector.
Principle Responsibilities:
- Play an active role in the preparation of the monthly reporting package across a CRE CLO book where Trimont acts as Servicer, Sub-Servicer and Special Servicer.
- Actively participate in/take responsibility for driving change to enhance reporting processes and system infrastructure in collaboration with stakeholders to improve data quality and data management processes.
- Participate in and/or take ownership of ad-hoc internal data requests/projects as required.
To be successful in this role, the ideal candidate will need to be inquisitive, willing to learn, able to work to tight deadlines and prioritise their workloads accordingly and be exceptionally detail orientated.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related business field
- 1-2 years of solid analytical experience with strong knowledge of Microsoft Office/Excel
- Some experience in data management, data quality assurance and reconciliation are a plus
- Strong organizational and communication skills and must work well within a small team
- Must have the personality and resilience to thrive in a fast moving and pressurised environment and be driven/determined to see tasks through to completion
- Be hungry to learn and own career while maintaining a keen sense of teamwork for the common good of the client and wider team
- The ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
