Job description
General
- Assist in the administration of ensuring quality patient care and compliance in accordance with Joint Commission, Ohio Department of Mental Health and Addiction Services, Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services, and federal, state, and county guidelines.
- Maintain repository of policies, forms, plans and procedures.
- Maintain compliance and quality improvement education materials including annual training and employee orientation.
Duties
- Assist in the administration of ensuring quality patient care and compliance in accordance with Joint Commission, Ohio Department of Mental Health and Addiction Services, Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services, and federal, state, and county guidelines.
- Maintain repository of policies, forms, plans and procedures.
- Maintain compliance and quality improvement education materials including annual training and employee orientation.
- Assist Director with any investigations, compliance training, chart audits, etc.
Meetings
- Coordinate scheduled meetings, ensure meeting agendas are prepared and distributed, and meeting minutes are accurately recorded.
- Assist with preparing for audits and site visits by external surveyors.
Data Reporting and Analysis
- Accurate weekly aggregation of chart audit results into Excel.
- Ensure the timely entry of incident reports into internal and external systems.
- Reporting of compliance and quality data to Acadia Corporate office.
- Ensure Patient Satisfaction Surveys are provided to Medical Records monthly.
- Assist with auditing documentation of patient charts as needed.
Projects
- Assist with planning and implementation of quality improvement initiatives.
Other
- May assist in training employees in compliance, risk, or quality subjects.
- May provide assistance in reviewing compliance opportunities and monitoring progress and deadlines.
- May serve as a liaison for designated compliance and quality improvement initiatives.
- May assist with the investigation of incidents.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities associated with position as needed.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $22.00 - $28.00 per hour
