Job description
We are seeking to hire per-Diem RNs, LVNs, and CHHAs who are experienced, motivated, and capable of working independently at the patients' homes to perform home health care. Seeking multi-lingual clinicians (English/Spanish) preferred but not required. Our documentation is done online and is very minimal (we use WellSky/Kinnser). We cover all areas in the Imperial Valley including Calexico, El Centro, Brawley, Holtville and Westmorland.
The quality care you provide can change the lives of the patients and families you serve.
Qualifications:
- Valid Professional License/Certificate
- Valid California Driver's License
- At least one (1) year home health experience
- Physical exam/TB test/Chest X-Ray
- Professional Liability Insurance
- Reliable method of transportation
- Eligible for Employment in the United States
- Good command of the English language, both oral and written
