A beautiful rated Nursing home in Morristown NJ is currently seeking an experienced RN Supervisor for weekends.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Ensure that a sufficient number of CNAs LPNs and/or RNs are available for your tour of duty to ensure that quality of care is maintained
- Make rounds to ensure all nursing service personnel are performing their work assignments
- Monitor absenteeism to ensure adequate personnel at all times
- Inform nursing service of new admissions, time of arrival, room assignment, etc.
- Monitor medication pass
- Review medication cards for completeness of information
Qualifications and Skills
- Proven experience as RN supervisor for 2 years
- Good clinical assessment skills
- In-depth knowledge of Point Click Care
- Great people skills
- Great organizational and stress management skills
- Valid RN and CPR certification
