Position: Roadway Project Manager
Location: Indiana (Main location)
Payrate: Pay: $65,000 per year (Negotiable base on experience)

Job Description:
- Take point on setting up logistics for upcoming projects
o Equipment
o Material
o Chronological order of work to be performed
o Employee Assignments
- Attend Preconstruction Meetings
- Coordinate Traffic Control Services
- Manage, Mentor, and Supervise crews on job sites
- Confirm and Monitor material usage
- Speak with Customer representatives to ensure their expectations are being met
- Conflict resolution
o Errors in Bid Spec
o Employee issues
o Material and equipment challenges
- Manage overall project expenses and submit to leadership for review
Requirements:
- Previous experience in roadway maintenance projects
o Crack Sealing
o Seal Coating
o Line Striping
o Mastic Repairs
- Ability to communicate directly with construction engineers and relay their findings in writing to superiors
- Manage multiple crews with an emphasis on productivity-based projects
- Previous experience in project estimating for roadway services projects
- Ability to Travel
