Infoshred is looking for a self-motivated individual to join our shredding team. Shredding personnel perform route work throughout CT, RI, and MA collecting confidential material and transporting back to our secure facility in East Windsor, CT. Shredding personnel are the face of Infoshred and are entrusted with our client’s confidential material. Shredding personnel drive 26' commercial box trucks as well as mobile shredding units as needed daily.

Requirements for this position include:
- Must be U.S. citizen
- Must have a valid state driver’s license with a clean driving record and be able to pass pre-employment physical, drug testing and a background investigation as a condition of employment.
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Experience driving 26’ box truck, CDL B preferred but not required
- Route driving experience strongly preferred
- Able to lift material up to 75 pounds, maneuver 300 lb wheeled carts, and operate warehouse equipment
- Climb/step-up into a truck cab 30-50 times per day
- Grip, lift, push, pull, and carry hand trucks and boxes, up and down inclines, stairs, changes in walking surfaces and elevations
- Some computer/scanning experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to interact with clients in a friendly and professional manner
- Must be able to work with minimal supervision
- Must be able to prioritize many responsibilities, but be able to ask for help when needed
- Ability to adhere to all security procedures
- Must be safety conscious, adhering to all safety policies at all times
- Must be able to work overtime as required
