Job description
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic individual to join our team as an RV Sales Representative. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the outdoors and a strong desire to help customers find their perfect RV. In this role, you will be responsible for understanding customer needs, providing exceptional service, and closing sales deals.
Key responsibilities:
- Build and maintain relationships with customers
- Understand customer needs and recommend products based on those needs
- Conduct product demonstrations and provide product education
- Negotiate pricing and finalize sales contracts
- Follow up with customers post-sale to ensure satisfaction
- Meet or exceed sales targets and quotas
- Attend industry trade shows and events to build product knowledge and network with potential customers
Minimum of 1 year of sales experience, ideally in the RV industry
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong customer service orientation
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proficient in using sales software and tools
