Howmet Fastening Systems is seeking a Sales Analyst. The key focus of this position is to receive customer contract inquiries and provide price and delivery information, analyze market data, sales, and quote history to provide quotes to customers. Administers and reviews customer contract details. This position reports directly to the Director of Sales. This is an opportunity to grow your career at a large, international aerospace company. This position is located at the HFS aerospace distribution facility in Simi Valley, CA.

Key Responsibilities:

• Works with sales team on assembling data to forecast sales and profitability.
• Customer contract oversite as it relates to forecasted vs actual usage.
• Works with other Howmet locations to coordinate contract activities.
• Analyzes excess and obsolete product data for subsequent offerings to customers.
• Identifies and implements cost reduction activities.
• Ensures there are appropriate stock levels for contracts.
• Works with management to provide monthly business review reports.
• Ensures efficiency in data collection and analyzes usage in proposals, and management of contracts as requested by management. contracts as requested by management.

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree
• Minimum of 3 years of related experience.
• Employees must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Verification of employment eligibility will be required at the time of hire. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
• This position is subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) which requires U.S. person status. ITAR defines U.S. person as an U.S. Citizen, U.S. Permanent Resident (i.e. 'Green Card Holder'), Political Asylee, or Refugee.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, Access and Word.
• Working knowledge in Contract Administration
• Knowledge in sales or customer related roles in aerospace fasteners or related industry.
