Job description

We are looking to hire an enthusiastic individual with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to multi-task and learn quick on their feet. We need someone who is eager to learn. You must be good with learning new systems and be good with numbers. Some of the required tasks will include but not limited to.

· Accounts receivable - MUST be able to apply checks, some of which are not always clear and will require you to do research to see why the customers amount do not match the invoiced amount.

· Filing and organizing - must be able to file alphabetically and in an organized manor.

· Sales order entry which will require learning our products and a willingness to ask questions and do research on google.

· You will assist on quotes which will require product research and putting the quote together in an organized manor.

· Administrative support as needed

· Additional responsibility will be given as tasks are learned

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
