Key Responsibilities Include:
You’ll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and be passionate about increasing customer loyalty. You’ll be the touchpoint for each and every customer which could include:
- Providing a warm welcome into our store, representing the Charles Tyrwhitt brand
- Styling and fit advice
- Tailoring and Custom support
- Ringing up sales and wrapping products with care
- Restocking and handlings shipment
What We are Looking For:
We are looking for a confident Sales Associate who can connect with our customers, deliver excellence in customer experience, and offer advice on trends. Previous retail experience in a customer-focused brand is advantageous for this role. Your personality and enthusiasm, combined with your experience will make you a person who is fun to work with, takes pride in your appearance, and always with a driven, can-do attitude. Full training is provided to help you understand our brand, product, and customer.
