Our Sales Associates play a very important role in the success of our stores. All Associates interact with customers and are responsible for meeting sales goals and exceeding customer expectations on a daily basis.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Good knowledge of products and plants, and general knowledge of all other merchandise.
- Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer service. This includes needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and ultimately achieving excellent customer satisfaction.
- Retail sales experience in the industry is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft computer programs, Company e-mail and their capabilities.
- Ability to work with Point of Sales system (POS) and its capabilities.
- Ability to adapt to the fast-paced dynamic environment of the industry and be flexible and open to new ideas.
