PRIMARY JOB DUTIES:

• Provides prompt and efficient responses to customers at all times.
• Understands Customer Service as a number one priority and responds to Customer Service calls immediately. Handles all customer issues in a friendly and helpful way, calling a member of the Supervisory Staff when needed.
• Demonstrates integrity and honesty in all interactions with associates and customers.
• Safeguards confidential information, cash and credit card information, and merchandise.
• Executes all operational procedures and assists with establishing best practices
• Takes accurate counts and inventories as scheduled.
• Assists customers in any way necessary by cashiering, helping with merchandise and answering questions in a polite and knowledgeable manner.
• Greets all customers with a smile and "hello" throughout the day as well as saying "thank you" with every transaction. Processes register transactions with a sense of urgency.
• Performs daily recovery to ensure a neat, clean and organized outlet.
• Cross-performs in all assigned areas to ensure that merchandise sizing, ticketing and presentation are to company standards.
• Maintains a high level of awareness and customer contact on the sales floor to create a safe and secure shopping environment for everyone.
• Maintains a safe working and shopping environment
• In line with company initiatives, meets identity membership signup goals.

• At least a minimum of six months experience working in aretail sales or guest service environment.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate in English
• Experience meeting established sales goals.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Strong cash handling skills.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.

Preferred:

• Previous experience working in a luxury retail environment.

Work is performed in an office environment and throughout the property in all locations. Must be tolerant to varying conditions of noise level, temperature, illumination and air quality. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate. When on the casino floor, the noise level increases to loud. A casino environment typically allows smoking.

Constant contact with executives, department management, applicants, CoStars and guests is necessary. Requires prolonged sitting or standing and mobility. Requires bending and reaching. Requires transporting, pushing, pulling, and maneuvering items weighing up to 25 lbs. Requires eye/hand coordination. Requires use of standard office equipment. Requires basic math. Ability to push and/or pull file cabinet drawers weighing up to 5 lbs. Requires the ability to distinguish letters, numbers and symbols. Ability to and comply with Policies and Procedures, Job Description, daily memorandums, chemical labels (MSDS) and other instructions.
