ACCEPTING INTERNSHIP APPLICATIONS:

Internships are available in Culinary, Event Management, and Event Sales at Luxury Wedding & Corporate Venues and Events Planning.

Dover Hall Experiences (DHE) is a portfolio composed of Virginia�s Premier Destinations for Unrivaled Events, Boutique Lodging, and Thoughtful Cuisine. Our team is composed of the region�s best hospitality heroes and offers a product that is best in class. Dover Hall, our flagship property, is a 38,000 square-foot English-style Tudor Castle that sits on 55 rolling acres and is conveniently located just west of Richmond, Virginia. In addition, we also operate Bartizan, an event space located in nearby Short Pump. In the fall of 2023, DHE will add to our event offerings with the opening of the new Seven Lady Vineyards Tasting Room.

We are looking for intelligent, energetic interns who already possess considerable culinary, hospitality, or event skills and want to take the next steps in their careers. You are ambitious - a double-A type with insane attention to detail, and executing a project from inception to completion brings you joy. Interns must possess excellent interpersonal skills, and a deep desire to elevate our guests� experiences from initial inquiry to event completion. Internship positions for college students who earn credit are preferred; however, we will interview superstar high school students (with required parental approval).

Interns with Dover Hall Experiences will immediately start assisting our Chefs, Event Managers, and Sales Managers with luxury weddings and corporate events. While service-based and support work is expected, this internship will allow you to work on actual events in a significant hands-on manner. A personal laptop and a passion for an incredible guest experience, hospitality, and culinary excellence are required, as well as a high proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and internet research skills. Attendance and on-site participation at events are required. Event and hospitality businesses operate on weekends. Please only apply if you are fully committed to our program.
