The Position: Salon Development Consultant

Qualifications:
- You must be organized, proactive, sales-driven, and possess a creative spirit for helping others to succeed.
- You need excellent communication skills and an adaptable personality to work well with others.
- 'Sales' is your Career...not a job!
- Excellent consultative selling skills.
- Excellent computer skills-understand tablet applications and Google drive/google docs
- A minimum of 2 years of Outside Sales experience.
- A car in good working order.
- Must live within the assigned territory.
- A valid drivers' license and current car insurance.
- Ability to safely lift a maximum of 20 lbs.
Expectation:
You will be providing our customers with relationship-based services and innovative hair care products of the highest quality. You will be responsible for achieving sales objectives within a territory (the territory includes established accounts; however, this position will require a great deal of prospecting to build your territory)
