We are seeking a Sales Enablement Leader to work closely with internal sales, marketing, product teams, and HR to roll out an onboarding new hire program, first line leadership development curriculum, oversee and deliver continuous learning all year around for the sales team, assess skills gaps, and leveraging consultative sales/value selling methodology best practices to help bridge skills gaps across sales teams. This leadership role will also lead the planning of the sales kickoff events with the sales leadership team.

Responsibilities:
  • Leading sales kickoff planning, including working with SME’s in product marketing, marketing to develop agendas and prepare industry specific and persona based content.
  • Develop and roll out onboarding program for new hires and continuous learning all year around.
  • Collaborating across internal teams and functions
  • Working closely with ServiceChannel leadership in a “thought leader” capacity
  • Supporting sales teams and best practices related to value selling
  • Evaluating sales metrics and KPI’s
  • Leading implementation of new sales specific learning initiatives
  • Skills Gap assessment of the sales team
Required skills:
  • 10+ years of sales enablement experience
  • Strong background leading sales kickoffs, setting agendas and developing content specific to high level customer audiences
  • Experience working closely with multiple internal teams in a cross-functional capacity
  • Understanding and experience with value selling sales methodologies (Visualize, Miller Heiman etc.)
  • Experience leading virtual and modular continuous learning
  • Software and SaaS sales experience
  • Strong market and industry/ vertical knowledge
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent experience

National: The salary range for this position (inclusive of sales incentives/commission) is $156,800- $291,200

This position is also eligible for bonus as part of the total compensation package.

Base pay offered may vary depending on various factors, including, but not limited to: job-related knowledge; skills; experience; and other eligibility factors such as geographic location.
