Freshly Staffed is seeking an individual to represent our client in the Denver area as a Bilingual Sales Manager. Our client has been providing Beginning Spanish reading curriculum and training for bilingual and dual language education in schools throughout the country for over 35 years. This position will be responsible for a team of 7 – 9 employees.

Job Functions

• Oversee national educational sales, curriculum implementation and training.
• Tracking and analyzing sales statistics based on key quantitative metrics.
• Ability to analyze, create, and implement sales strategies.
• Drive new business and retention strategies.
• Prepare and analysis sales trends and budgets.
• Attend sales presentations, trade shows and professional development training.
• Assist in directing marketing efforts.
• Hire, train and develop employees including respective HR functions.
• Develop a positive work environment, encourage retention and reward success.

Qualifications

• Native level Spanish fluency required.
• Proven track record of previous sales management success.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Sales Experience (non-educators)
• 5+ years of sales management experience preferably in the educational space.
• High volume sales experience preferred.
• Education administration (educators)
• 5+ years of educational administrative experience at the school district level. Strong leadership and entrepreneurial skills.
• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree required; Master’s Degree preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $135,000.00 - $145,000.00 per year
