Sales Professional

Glenhaven Snow Company, a regional leader in the delivery of snow and ice management services, is seeking a personable, high energy individual to join our organization in a sales role. This position provides the opportunity for future growth within our organization The following describes the qualifications and abilities required and the performance expectations for this position.

Qualifications

• Seasoned sales professional with a proven track record of regularly achieving sales objectives.
• Ability to successfully work in a team environment as well as work independently to achieve daily activity and sales objectives.
• Possess an outgoing and goal oriented personality.
• Have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite of programs and CRM.

Duties

Duties to include but not be limited to:

• Achieve sales and profit objectives.
• Solicitation of new market and customer leads supplied by the company.
• Develop additional leads independently from company supplied leads.
• Develop & maintain client and potential client relationships. Participation in industry trade groups expected.
• Tracking sales efforts using the company’s CRM system.

Compensation and Benefits

Salary dependent upon experience. Total compensation potential $100,000+

PTO (Personal days + vacation time)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year

• 8 hour shift
