Position Summary:
Meison is seeking a passionate B2B Brand Sales Representative that will add value by providing our retail partners with strong sales support and develop a deep understanding of our product. The Brand Sales Rep will report to the Sales Manager and will be responsible for gaining and retaining accounts, year over year growth while delivering excellent service.
Responsibilities:
- Boutique Store visits
- Build and nurture relationships with our retail partners, exceeding expectations.
- Drive sales through storytelling and product knowledge
- Show Meison’s seasonal collections and provide feedback to our Sales Manager
- Communicate trends, top styles and specific details
- Provide timely follow-up, closure and tracking of all sales
- Drop Ship
- Collaborate with Sales Manager on product selection for retailers
- Maintain a streamlined site experience
- Timely delivery of copy and sample images
- Responsible for return and markdown management
- Work with Operations team to make sure all products are ready for launch date
- Analyze sales and style data
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Merchandising or related field
- 3-5 years in retail buying or merchandising, preferably in apparel/specialty
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
