Sales Trainer - IT Staffing
We are looking for an execution focused, detail-oriented Sales Trainer who is passionate about developing high-producing, winning teams. As a Sales Trainer, you will assist the Talent Development Manager to train, and coach our Business Development and Delivery teams. Training and coaching sessions are delivered via onsite instructor led sessions and remotely using video conferencing resources.

Here’s a little more about the role:
- Facilitate effective training which incorporates video conferencing tools, traditional instructor-led training, co-facilitation, and on-the-job training.
- Along with leadership, develop training plans for the delivery and business development associates
- Create and update resources to train and support learners on how to use the technology for online and professional development.
- Lead, develop and conduct delivery and business development training
- Train on applicant tracking system (ATS) and LMS system training and best practices.
- Compile, develop, and monitor activity-based reports
- Develop and update training materials including manuals and calendars
- Assist with the administration and organization of the LMS, MindTickle
- Identify and communicate opportunities for process and quality improvements, providing feedback on usage, defects, and suggested enhancements.
- Maintain the training catalog within SharePoint
What we are looking for in a candidate:
- 3+ years of experience as a Recruiter and/or Business Development in the Staffing Industry
- Mid-level skills in MS office: Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Excellent communication (verbal and written) skills
- Excellent presentation skills
- Strong analytical and interpersonal skills
- Experience with video conferencing tools such as MS Teams, Zoom
- Experience with professional and social media sites such as LinkedIn, Facebook etc.
- Ability to travel 10-25% of the time
