We are looking for an ace Salesforce admin to join the Sales Ops team. This Salesforce Administrator position will be responsible for the execution of day-to-day configuration, support, maintenance and improvement of our Salesforce instance and its integrated platforms for our sales and operations groups. This role will be an integral part of Anteriad’s continued growth and success by assuming stewardship of its sales business systems. The ideal candidate will bring system administrator experience along with a strong desire to learn and grow their Salesforce skills.
Responsibilities
- Responsive user support, troubleshooting, and training.
- Timely development and implementation of Salesforce features and enhancements.
- Requirements gathering and documentation.
- Focus on enhancing the lead, opportunity, and CPQ modules (CPQ experience not required).
- Creation and maintenance of reports and dashboards and alerts.
- Communicate with senior sales leadership and other stakeholders.
Requirements
- 3 years as a Salesforce administrator in environments of 50+ users.
- 3 years experience supporting sales users.
- Strong experience with basic setup declarative functionality including flow, workflow automation, process builder, validation rules, complex formula fields.
- Strong understanding of sales cloud and support cloud.
- Ability to communicate with senior leadership.
Preferred
- Experience with the following products: Quip, Salesforce CPQ, Cirrus or other email to Salesforce integrations.
- Knowledge of developer functions such as flow, apex, unit testing, visualforce, and IDEs.
- Third-party tools such as DemandTools, DupeBlocker, XL Connector
- Agile environment, including working on a scrum team, knowledge of sprint expectations, planning poker etc.
- Salesforce.com certifications
