Responsibilities:

• Delegates tasks to Bartenders and Stylists, executes break periods and supervises shop staff while supporting the team with a positive morale approach. Provides the front desk with weekly pipeline information and assists Shop Manager with administrative tasks and reports. May perform responsibilities as a Stylist and Bartender, as necessary.
• Train and educate new Bartenders on Booker, Drybar’s 10 Core Values, and Front Desk responsibilities in order to set up new hires for success in the role.
• Ensures adherence to Drybar’s Timekeeping Policy and Supervisor Policy Addendum. Responsible for reporting all time worked for self and the team, including any work performed off shop premises in a timely manner.
• Implements problem solving strategies and brings any serious issues to Shop Manager and District Manager or Human Resources such as potential concerns/complaints, notice of the need for leave of absence, notice of team member work-related illness/injury, safety hazards, companypolicy and/or federal/state/local law violations.
• Supports shop inventory management at direction of Shop Manager: regularly checks back bar and retail supplies, places orders when needed to meet supply level standards. Assists with stocking products, tools and supplies. Maintains awareness around promotion and merchandising content.
• Establishes exceptional client experience from check-in to check-out. With thorough understanding of the team member handbook and all company policies, ensures Drybar standards, federal, state, and local regulations are followed and upheld. Other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Active Cosmetology License in the state you are applying (Required)
• 1+ Years experien3ce in a fast paced retail, restaurant, beauty, or hospitality setting and a proven ability to lead a team.
• A positive, enthusiastic, reliable personality and a commitment to provide exceptional customer service. Comfortable relating to people, clients, vendors and coworkers in order to manage situations to positive outcomes and knows how to establish amazing peer relationships. Can quickly find common ground and solve problems.
• Understands inventory control and basic loss prevention for audit purposes.
• Effective time management and is comfortable delegating routine and important tasks.
• Proven ability to lead others (previous leadership experience is a plus!)
