The Alcott Center for Mental Health is seeking an organized, motivated and professional candidate for a FULL TIME position providing office and field-based mental health services. This includes outreach, case management and mental health services to adults and older adults coping with a full spectrum of DSM diagnoses. The individual will provide assessment, linkage, crisis, individual, conjoint, and group therapy and rehabilitation services as part of a multi-disciplinary team. Duties include community outreach & engagement, treatment planning, implementation, and documentation of delivered services.

Essential Duties and Responsiblities include, but are not limited to the following:

• Able to document provided services in an accurate, thorough, and timely manner according to LAC-DMH, Medi-Cal and Agency Documentation Standards
• Able to follow instructions and independently follow-up & complete assigned tasks
• Must demonstrate effective interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills
• Able to collaborate effectively in a team setting
• Able to perform basic computer skills required for an electronic health record
• Able to consistently maintain agency productivity standards
• Experience providing services to individuals living with mental illness in a directly operated, county contracted, residential or other mental health agency preferred
• Other duties may be designated as needed

Qualifications:

• California BBS registered AMFT/ASW
• Evidence of clear criminal record, eligibility to claim Medi-Ca
• Must have a valid California Driver’s License
• Must be fully vaccinated for COVID-19, including booster

This is a full-time position with a 40-hour work week; the agency is currently open for services Monday through Friday 8:30 am - 5:00 pm.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $63,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
