The candidate for Warehouse Scheduler must have proven experience with Excel Spreadsheets, Quickbooks desktop and PDFs to perform the following tasks;

Maintain shipment schedules for import orders, consider lead times, shipping methods, and customer requirements.

Coordinate and track progress of shipments with suppliers and customers, carriers and freight forwarders to align shipment schedules and ensure smooth transportation and delivery.

Continuously monitor and update schedules and communicating any changes in shipment status or delays. Anticipate and resolve any scheduling conflicts or issues that may arise, ensuring minimal disruption to delivery timelines. Prepare related invoices packing slips and any RMAs.

The pay is $22 per hour, 8 hr day, 5 day work week, PTO time & Holidays, and paid individual health plan.
