Well established, fee for service general dental practice in San Francisco's Japantown seeking a professional and friendly individual to join our front office as a full time Scheduling Coordinator. We have a great team and are proud of our commitment to our patients and our own growth and development. If you are passionate about providing exceptional patient care and interested in growing with a winning team then we would like to know more about you! Some dental experience preferred, but willing to train the right person.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

• Answering multiple phone lines and emails with courtesy and professionalism
• Scheduling appointments
• New Patient intake
• Updating and entering patient registration and health history information
• Meeting and greeting patients, checking in and out
• Collecting payments and providing treatment estimates
• Submitting insurance claims
• Maintaining electronic records with adherence to HIPAA guidelines
• Various clerical tasks relating to the daily operations of a dental office

Pay: $28.00 - $35.00 per hour
