CIMA has an opportunity fora Scheduling Specialist to join our esteemed client. Seeking someone who is highly organized and detail oriented. Must be willing to be On-Site in the Detroit Metro area or willing to relocate for a Full Time Position.

SUMMARY:

As a scheduling specialist, you will be responsible for managing all purchase orders related to the projects the surveyors are supporting, create and maintain schedules for surveyors, utilize shared calendars to effectively manage work projects, book airfare and car rentals as needed, and serve as the primary point of contact with customers and surveyors for scheduling site visits.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

· Experience in scheduling appointments and maintaining calendars

· Prior experience in travel and hotel arrangements preferred

· Ability to prioritize tasks and multitask effectively

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills

· Strong typing and data entry abilities

· Proficient organizational skills

· Familiarity with Microsoft applications

· Professional phone and e-mail etiquette

· A team player with a collaborative mindset
