Scheduled offered:

1st Shift: Monday - Thursday 5AM - 3:30PM

2nd Shift: Monday - Thursday 1:30pm - 12:15AM

JOB DUTIES:

Performs end of line quality check for all screen-printed apparel and products.

• Collects all finished orders from dryer and evaluates all finished items according to approved quality standards.
• Check each order and confirm that the garment color, garment style, design, design location, and ink colors are correct.
• Check that the order has the correct size run and confirm the counts according to the work order.
• Inform the press operator if there are any print flaws or shortage in the size runs.

REQUIRED SKILLS

• Fast learner
• Ability to read signs and follow oral and written instructions
• Attention to detail
• Able to work on feet for up to eight to ten hours, reaching continually throughout the workday, and the ability to keep pace with production schedule

· This role requires the employee to spend a majority of the shift on their feet, either standing or walking around.

· While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to use hands to finger, handle or feel; reach with hands and arms; and talk or hear.

· The employee frequently is required to stand; walk; and stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl.

· The employee is occasionally required to sit and climb or balance.

· The employee must regularly lift and/or move objects up to 10 pounds, frequently lift and/or move objects up to 50 pounds.

· Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
