Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
- At least 4 years of experience in Information Technology.
Preferred Qualification
- At least 4 years of proven experience as an IT Consultant or similar role
- Experience in project management and Agile life cycle
- Understanding of business practices &technology trends
- Excellent communication and writing skills
- Must have experience of working hands on as a Scrum Master in SAFe Methodology. Utilities knowledge is a plus
- Experience in ALM tools knowledge like JIRA, Confluence etc.
- Must have experience supporting internal business units
- Must be experienced in Agile, JIRA, and waterfall
- Must be a master of the overall SDLC process
- Must have top notch communication skills, verbally and in writing
- Be familiar with all Scrum ceremonies, roles and responsibilities
- Deep knowledge of business improvement tools and techniques - process mapping, analysis, design and re-engineering, lean principles
- Knowledge of software development lifecycle
- Ability to quickly learn industry trends, domains and end user demands from pain points
- Work with the Scrum team on continuous story grooming and provide guidance on future stories
- Help define sprint goals and facilitate Agile ceremonies to ensuring objectives are met
- Collaborate with the Product Owner and the team to prioritize the product backlog
- Facilitate dependencies, risks and issues across team utilizing scrum of scrum techniques for effective migration
- Ability to work in team in diverse/ multiple stakeholder environment
- Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment
