Title: Scrum MasterLocation: Initially Remote, will eventually be onsite a few days/week in Charlotte, NC
Duration: 6 months contract to hire
Compensation: $70/hr W2, conversion salary 130k
Our client in the enterprise banking industry is in need of SAFe certified Scrum Masters for the shared services division. You will be working on high priority teams as they transition their enterprise over to public cloud and continue to upgrade the infrastructure and network tools.
Qualifications for the Scrum Master:
- 5 years + experience, experience leading at least 2 scrum teams at the same time
- SAFe Scrum Master (SSM) 5 certified. *Preferably* SASM SAFe Advanced Scrum Master, CSM cert
- Kanban & Scrum Framework experience.
- Release planning (Program Increment)
- JIRA Query Language experience
- Banking industry experience
Change and risk management
Waterfall and Agile methodologies
