VERTEX IT Service is actively looking for a Scrum Master who must have experience in working with agile methodologies. In this role, you will oversee all aspects of a product’s lifecycle, from conception to design to production to deployment. You will facilitate collaboration and communication across IT teams, and business stakeholders. You will participate in core project team meetings, business meetings, client meetings, etc. as appropriate to support project delivery.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Define and lead our Product strategy. Provide product thought leadership to identify critical User requirements, understand business goals, and define product roadmaps.
• Be accountable for the delivery of the product from the requirement to usage and in-life management.
• Take end-to-end responsibility for the product’s success.
• Establishing product testing plans and building roadmaps
• Defining and owning the product backlog for the development teams
• Defining product KPIs and success metrics
• Point of contact to engage and provide support to business and technical stakeholders of each project.

REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelors in CS/IT, or related field or equivalent work experience
• 8+ years of relevant experience, especially with SaaS companies
• Should have 6+ years of experience in a Scrum Master role
• Must have Scrum Master certification
• Experience in collaborating with teams following an agile methodology.
• Should have the ability to proactively manage and mitigate technical delivery risks, drive risk mitigation, drive issue resolution, conduct root cause analysis, and engage in lessons learned
• Conduct reviews and walkthroughs for technical project deliverables in an effort to ensure completeness, accuracy, estimated cost, and alignment with business requirements
• Ensure technical deliverables adhere to architectural guidance, quality standards, and business process
• Should have experience to manage technical product management, delivery, and release
• Experience leading Engineering delivery teams in software development, technology consulting, and/or software product management.
• Working experience or knowledge in TDD & BDD development practices
• Strong internal and external communication skills.

Salary: $50.00 - $55.00 per day
