Sea Quest Hawaii is seeking a receptionist to welcome our guests into our office space, check them in for their tours, sell retail, and book tours to walk-ins in Keauhou Bay.

The position requires the ability to multitask, excellent organizational skills, and outstanding customer service skills. As the first face our guests meet when arriving at Sea Quest, warmth and the aloha spirit are a must in any candidate. Cash handling and technical skills with gopros, iPads, etc. are required.

Shifts are either morning to mid-day or mid-day to evening in one of the most beautiful office spaces in Kona. Commissions can be earned, in addition to the hourly pay.

Job Types: Part-time, Contract

Pay: From $16.00 per hour

Schedule:

  • 4 hour shift
  • 8 hour shift

Supplemental pay types:

  • Commission pay

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • kailua-kona, hi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:

  • Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
