WHAT YOU WILL DO
What You’ll Do
- Act as a cultural ambassador to all PalAmerican Security officer employees and clients
- Manage and maintain all employee schedules and ensure proper coverage at all site locations
- Ensure all payroll and time and attendance systems are up to date and accurate
- Provide employee training on a variety of topics, which include; site specific training, system training and compliance trainings
- Conduct site visits to ensure employee compliance with company policies
- Address employee concerns and assist in the resolution process
- Coordinate mobile patrol fleet assignments and ensure 100% compliance with fleet requirements
- Prepare reports for leadership team on security activity
- Be available for immediate response to the facility in case of emergencies

PAY RATE AND WORK SCHEDULE:
- Pay Rate starting at $20.00 per hour! $350.00 Hiring Bonus after 90 days and then $150 after another 90 days.
- Shift Availability: This applicant would need to be agreeable to work the following:
- 6pm-2am Tuesday thru Saturday
- Be open to working weekends/holidays
- 40 hours of work/week
- Must have a valid driver's license
