Position Summary
The Security Officer is responsible for ensuring the security, safety, and well-being of all Carson Tahoe Health staff, patients, visitors, and properties. This is accomplished through actively patrolling, identifying security issues, and correcting deficiencies at all Carson Tahoe Health properties.
Qualifications
Required
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Current American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support/Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (BLS) for Healthcare Providers
Preferred
- Military police or law enforcement experience
- Security and/or healthcare experience with high acuity level psychiatric patients
