RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Conducting financial analysis to support business decisions and identify opportunities for improvement
• Developing budgets and forecasts in collaboration with other departments, and monitoring actual results against those forecasts
• Providing financial guidance and support for long-term strategic planning initiatives
• Analyzing and reporting on key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
• Identifying areas of cost savings and making recommendations for cost reduction initiatives
• Assessing and managing financial risks associated with business operations
• helping to drive business performance by providing financial insights and analysis to support decision-making and strategic planning

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related business field
• 3-5 years of progressive accounting experience in large corporate, fulfillment and logistics industry preferred
• Strong financial modelling and analysis skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Possess excellent organizational, communication and analytical skills with the ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
• Work independently and demonstrate strong critical thinking, analytical and problem-solving skills
• Bilingual in English and Chinese preferred (both verbal and writing)
