What You’ll Do

• New development and maintenance of our applications using .Net (Visual Studio, C#, ASP.Net) and SQL Server
• Research problems and various solutions, while devising a plan to solve these problems
• Become a dedicated participant in your Agile Scrum team
  • Collaborating with other members of the Scrum team to self-manage feature development to completion
  • Participating in Sprint Reviews of completed functionality at the end of each sprint
  • Participating in Sprint planning of future development task
• Identify and communicate possible improvements in the work process for customers and peers
• Coordination with groups outside of Development including, but not limited to Support, Implementation, and Product Management.

What You’ll Need to Succeed
We’re looking for someone who:

• Can work remotely or from an Applied Systems office

Your experience should include some or all of the following:

• 5+ years of programming, including experience with .Net development and SQL Server
• Experience with web technologies, including RESTful Web Services, Web APIs, XML, TypeScript, JavaScript, ReactJS, and jQuery preferred.
• Expert troubleshooting skills and research abilities
• Excellent communication skills

Additionally, you may have:

• Experience with Agile Scrum methodology
• Experience with SQL Server Reporting Services
• Experience with Cloud Services (GCP, AWS, Azure) and Microservices
