Summary:
The Senior Director of Lifecycle Marketing will lead a team responsible for creating and executing marketing strategies that engage and retain customers throughout their lifecycle with the company. This person will partner closely with other teams across marketing, product, and customer support to ensure a seamless and personalized customer experience. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker, data-driven marketer, and experienced team leader.
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute a comprehensive lifecycle marketing strategy that drives retention, cross-sell, and upsell opportunities.
Lead a team responsible for customer segmentation, personalization, content development, and campaign execution across email, in-app messaging, SMS, and other channels.Partner with product and customer support teams to ensure a seamless customer experience, identifying areas for improvement and opportunities for upsell and cross-sell.
Work with the marketing analytics team to develop and implement data-driven strategies that increase customer engagement and drive revenue growth. i.e.
Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and identify opportunities for optimization.
Develop and implement testing plans to continuously improve marketing performance and customer engagement.
Work closely with the Director of Prospecting and Director of Journey Operations & Strategy to ensure alignment across the customer journey and identify opportunities to improve the overall customer experience.
Manage a team of marketing professionals, providing coaching and development opportunities to drive team performance and individual growth.
Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices, bringing new ideas and innovations to the team and the company.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA preferred.
10+ years of experience in marketing, with a focus on lifecycle or retention marketing.
Demonstrated success in developing and executing marketing strategies that drive customer engagement, retention, and revenue growth.
Experience leading and developing high-performing teams.
Strong analytical skills and experience working with data to drive insights and decision-making.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to partner effectively with cross-functional teams.
Experience with marketing automation platforms and CRM systems.
Insurance or financial services industry experience a plus.

Travel to HQ once a month

Annual Salary
$190,000.00 - $190,000.00The above annual salary range is a general guideline.
