The Cruise Missile Systems (CMS) International Engineering Technical Specialist provides data analysis and support to the CMS International Execution Team to enable successful execution of Follow on Support contracts with a wide variety of international customers for Harpoon and SLAMER. You will work alongside individual Country Managers to help support our customers while having the opportunity to learn all aspects of the business.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Country Manager Support: Provide support to the Boeing CMS International Execution team including monitoring internal Boeing processes to prevent work stoppage; support contracts and external customers; review related Government Property at Boeing in support of CMS; provide Program Management Review (PMR) preparation support; and, act as a back-up for other Country Managers, when needed.
  • Production and Depot Tracking and Interface: Contribute to program cost and schedule objectives and fulfill customer data requirements by collaborating with Production Operations, Shipping, Production Control, and Scheduling to track completion of production deliveries, repairs, and scrap workflows across several customer groups.
  • Group process and tracking ownership: Provide a centralized point of contact for the CMS International Execution team for processes which are replicated uniformly across the group, for example IDIQ Delivery order processing, Export Authority monitoring and logging, or On-Time Delivery status tracking.
  • Work with internal departments on contract performance using Boeing Program Management Best Practices (PMBP) and Earned Value Management (EVM).
  • Manage Deliverables by defining plans for risk mitigation, issues, and opportunities; monitor baseline plans to assess project performance, productivity, and lessons learned.
  • Additional Support: This job can encompass a variety of tasking including support for Correction Action Requests (CARs) received by the program; export authority support; and lean/process improvements.

This position is expected to be fully onsite. You will be required to work onsite at Saint Charles, MO.

This position requires the ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship. An interim and/or final U.S. Secret Clearance Post-Start is required.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in a business or technical field.
  • 5+ years of experience analyzing data, creating reports, and presenting results.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office – primarily Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • Strong written and verbal communication.
  • Ability to work across multi-functional teams.
  • Prior experience with production and depot maintenance systems and reports.
  • Highly motivated, self-directed, attention to detail.

Typical Education & Experience:

Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 10 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+8 years' related work experience, 14 years' related work experience, etc.)

Summary pay range: 102,000 – 138,000
