Who Are We Looking For?
We are seeking a Senior Executive Assistant to provide executive, administrative, and development support to the CEO and Executive Suite as well as provide leadership support to the organization’s Administration team. The Senior Executive Assistant serves as the primary point of contact for all internal and external constituencies on all matters pertaining to the CEO, and will act as a liaison to the Board of Directors and Senior Management Team. In addition, the Senior Executive Assistant will also be responsible for leading a team of Administrative Assistants to ensure the successful organization and coordination of projects and communication across the company. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, highly organized, mission-driven, and enjoy a fast-paced work environment.

Essential Functions:
- Demonstration of the ability to exercise independent judgment, handle confidential information, and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Oversees team of Administrative Assistants, ensuring consistent communication, coordination, and service delivery across the organization and individual departments
- Communicates with the general staff on the CEO’s behalf and coordinates logistics with high-level meetings both internally and externally. Coordinates meetings and strategic activities with the Senior Leadership Team, Management Team, and staff.
- Communicates directly and on behalf of the CEO with Board members, donors, and others on matters related to programmatic initiatives as directed.
- Successfully complete critical aspects of deliverables with a hands-on approach, including drafting acknowledgement letters, personal correspondence, and other tasks that facilitate the CEO's ability to effectively lead the company
- Work closely with Founder/CEO’s Personal Assistant and Administrative Secretary
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Must have strong organizational skills that reflect the ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with excellent attention to detail
- Must have high-level interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with stakeholders, including hospital personnel, board members, and external partners
- Demonstrated leadership experience in effectively guiding and motivating a high-performing team
- Demonstrated ability to achieve high performance goals and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent writing, editing, grammatical, organizational, and research skills.
- Ability to work with a broad range of people including major donors, Board members, colleagues of the Founder/CEO and staff, and others.
Education/Experience:
- Must have a Bachelor's degree
- Strong work tenure: 5 to 10 years of experience supporting C-Level Executives
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint), Adobe Acrobat
Physical Requirements:
- This position is in an office-setting and requires the ability to occasionally lift office products and supplies, up to 20 pounds.
