-Prefer someone with Team Leader or Manager Skills

*Immediate Hire ---
-$100 Signing Bonus + Hazard Pay + Holiday Bonus+Parental Leave

-Paid Weekly- Raises Twice a Year- Room for growth

-Mostly Residential (Homes) with some Commercial Properties
-(Spanish welcome- must speak Basic English)

-Uniforms- Cleaning Supplies, Covid Gear all supplied

-Starting pay is $14.00-
-with ***Tips combined = $15.00-16.75+++ hr***
-PLUS Some Jobs will pay additional Hazard Pay or Deep Clean Pay = $17-20 hr
-Raise (.10-.30 cents) after 60 day probation is completed

-Drinks Provided Daily...

-Matched Mutual Fund / 401k after 1 year

Must have at least 1 year Housekeeping/Janitorial Experience
-Normal work hours 8:50am-5:30pm

-May have to to work 1- Sat per month (9:30am -3:30pm)

-May have to work until 6:00pm (1-2 times per month)

-(34-40 hrs per week) (5 days per week) 1 position
-You are Paid for Travel from House to House /Office to-from, House or Property

-Hard working, Reliable, Punctual, Eager to learn

-Likes to Clean / Pay attention to Detail (Strict COVID-19 Action Plan)

-Great attitude - Professional and Positive / Great Customer Service Skills

Comfortable working on your own, but able to work well with a Team of 2-3 others

-Willing and Able to work in homes that have Pets, Children and Clients

-Must be able to lift up to 15-25 lbs as needed

-Must be able to Multi-Task

-Must be able to Squat, Knee and Bend on a daily basis

-Must become familiar with all Cleaning Company equipment/chemicals.

-You must have an operable telephone/cell phone for the Owner to reach you.
