THE ROLE
We’re looking for a Senior Manager Program Excellence to play a critical role within the AMI team to support world-class educational programs for the Allergan Aesthetics portfolio of products. We have many teams collaborating at the same time on various projects. In this role, you will develop and implement program excellence strategies to optimize day-to-day operations including managing multiple high-profile projects to ensure on-time completion, alignment, within budget and scope. In addition, you will be responsible for working with internal teams on developing and implementing KPIs to measure and track progress towards operational goals.

IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL
- Lead the day-to-day operations of our AMI Advancement programs:
- Manage projects on a day-to-day basis, tracking progress and partnering with internal colleagues and external agencies to ensure they are meeting their deliverables.
- Partner with internal and cross functional teams to define objectives for each program.
- Compile the scope for each past program / initiatives and create the relevant project plan including timelines/milestones and key deliverables.
- Facilitate and schedule team events and cross functional team meetings.
- Implement KPIs to measure and track educational programs:
- Collaborate with cross functional analytics, market research teams and vendors to capture data and measure effectiveness.
- Develop, and improve metrics that are used as key performance indicators (KPIs)to measure educational programs and gain additional insights. Manage KPI rollout and communication internally.
- Provide data-driven insights and recommendation and influence strategy with data and storytelling.
- Strategically liaise with internal teams and external vendors to ensure KPIs are consistently met and monitored throughout the AMI Advancement program planning process.
- Act as the liaison to our vendors with the goal of streamlining communication and improving overall efficiency and effectiveness of the team.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS
- Bachelor’s Degree in related field such as business, marketing, or sales.
- 8+ years of experience in project management, operational excellence, and/or training in the medical aesthetics industry preferred.
- A track record of planning and managing cross-functional projects and driving results.
- Demonstrates project management skills, ability to multi-task and effectively manage stakeholders.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to identify and prioritize opportunities for improvement.
- Excellent communications and interpersonal skills.
- The ability to work independently in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.

The compensation range described below is the range of possible base pay compensation that the Company believes in good faith it will pay for this role at the time of this posting based on the job grade for this position. Individual compensation paid within this range will depend on many factors including geographic location, and we may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range.
