What you'll be doing

• Implements the quality systems procedures in several sections or departments and leads compliance.
• Understands and ensures conformance to regulations applicable to several sections or departments.
• May participate in or handle quality assessments of internal operations and suppliers to analyst compliance and assess risk.
• May participate in or run quality assessments of internal operations and suppliers to analyst compliance and assess risk.
• Coach, train, and develop a team of 20+.

What you'll bring

• BS in Science or Engineering required, advanced degree is preferred.
• 7+ years in Quality, Manufacturing, Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years of management experience.
• Detailed knowledge of applicable procedures, specifications, regulations and standards.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills.

We understand compensation is an important factor as you consider the next step in your career. At Baxter, we are committed to equitable pay for all our employees, and we strive to be more transparent with our pay practices. To that end, this position has a base salary range of 120,000 to 180,000 plus an annual incentive bonus, commission and equity target. The above range represents the expected base salary range for this position. The actual salary may vary based upon several factors including, but not limited to, relevant skills/experience, time in role, business line, and geographic/office location.
